Betty Ruth Sullivan Lewis

Betty Ruth Sullivan Lewis went to be with her Lord in Mansfield Nursing center July 20, 2024. Betty was born November 11, 1939 in Lumberton, Mississippi. She was preceded in death by her parents John L. and Lillie Mae Sullivan, her husband Marvin W. Lewis, Jr. and brothers William Eugene (Bill) Sullivan, John Larry Sullivan (Peggy) and Wendell Sullivan (LaVerne).

Left to cherish her memory is her son Marvin W. Lewis, III "Trey", one sister Delores Ann Sullivan Ockmond (Paul), and one sister-in-law Pauline Sullivan.

Betty was a devoted Christian, loving wife and mother. She loved art, painting, playing dominoes with the "chickenfoot" bunch and exercising with her friends. She will be sorely missed by all who knew her.

Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 943 Polk Street, Mansfield, Louisiana. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, July 23, 2024, at Union Springs Cemetery, Converse, Louisiana.
