Betty Ann Springer Green

SHREVEPORT, LA - A memorial service celebrating the life of Betty Springer Green, 73, will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, September, 6, 2014 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home Chapel, 1815 Marshall St. Shreveport, LA. There will be a visitation from 12:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home. Rev. Weldon Sistrunk will officiate. Betty was born in Shreveport on July 16, 1941 to V.W. Springer and Nada Smith Springer and passed away on September 3, 2014. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband of 37 years, Ronald Edward Green. Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Ronda Green Aaron of Shreveport; sons, James Phillip Green and his wife, Ginger of Shreveport and Edward R. Green and his wife, Pearly of Shreveport; grandchildren, Brian and Kristopher Green and Cheyanne and Montana Ratcliffe; she also has four sisters, two brothers and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family. The family would like to express their sincere thanks and gratitude to the nurses and staff at Willis-Knighton North Lifecare for all of the care, love and support they gave.
