Beverly Stewart Clemmons

Beverly was born on March 27, 1925 and passed away on November 28, 2015. She was preceded in death by her parents Earl and Ida Roberts Stewart, her husband of 57 years John H. Clemmons, and an infant grandson James Stewart Clemmons. Those left to cherish her memory are son James Douglas Clemmons (Debra) and daughter Cindy Clemmons Green; grandchildren Angela Clemmons Ray (Tony) and Leigh Ann Green; great-grandchildren Kimberly Clemmons and Alex Eguaras. Beverly graduated from Hendrix College with a B.A. in Music Education. She worked as a volunteer at Schumpert for 35 years. She was a member of Noel Memorial United Methodist Church. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother and will be missed dearly. Private graveside services officiated by Rev. Mimi McDowell were held on December 5, 2015. Memorials may be made to Noel Memorial United Methodist Church Scholarship Fund.
