SHREVEPORT, LA - Funeral services for Mrs. Billie Mabry, 85, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, January 23, 2017 at Rose-Neath Southside Chapel. Rev. Price Harris will be officiating. Interment will follow at Centuries Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be held from 3-5:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 22, 2017 at Rose-Neath Southside Funeral Home. Billie was born September 16, 1931 to Elmo and Beula Bates Lawrence in Melbourne, Arkansas, and passed away on January 20, 2017 in Shreveport, Louisiana. Billie was preceded in death by her parents, husband, William Donald Mabry, Jr., grandson, Charles "Butch" Buchanan, and great great grandson, Noah Pourteau. Left to cherish her memories are sons, William "Dee" Donald Mabry III and wife Kay and Michael Wayne Mabry and wife Jean; grandchildren, Dawn Pourteau and husband Rusty, Kimberly Orgeron and husband Brian, Ben Mabry and wife Brittany, Angie Colton and husband Timmy, Jeania Stokes and husband Jeremy, Mandy Lesko and husband Tim, Tiffany Wilcumbe and husband Rhett, and Melissa Smith and husband Jason; 15 great grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren; and sister, Glenna Worth. Honoring Billie as pallbearers will be Christopher Jones, Tyler Pourteau, Adam Pourteau, Chase Colton, Derrick Bates, Ward Jones and Timmy Colton. The family wants to send a special Thank You to Live Oak Health Center, Life Path Hospice, and Dr. Robert Hernandez.
