Funeral services for Billie H. Parker will be held Monday, March 19, 2018 at 1 p.m. at St. Paul Catholic Church in Minden, Louisiana with Father Sebastian Kallarackal officiating. Interment will follow at Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Minden. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until 7 p.m. Sunday, March 18, 2018 with a vigil service beginning at 7 p.m.
Billie was born July 15, 1927 in Castor, Louisiana and entered into rest March 14, 2018 in Mena Arkansas. Billie was a retired manager from Albertson's and after her move to Mena Arkansas she was a volunteer for Grandparents Program in Mena Arkansas schools for seven years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert E. Parker.
She is survived by her son, Robert E. Parker, Jr. and wife Judy of Heflin, daughters, Suzy Deville and husband Tommy of Benton and Becky Johnson of Mena, Arkansas, sister, Lou Easley of Minden, grandchildren, William Johnson, Shane Dulany and wife Michelle, Mandy Alemon and husband Jason, and Josh Parker and wife Chelsy, and great-grandchildren, Hunter Harris, Logan Harris, J.P. Parker, Bryce Parker, and Mae Parker, and a number of nieces and nephews.
