Funeral services for Billie Wayne Norris Tuminello will be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2020 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 204 Patton Ave, Shreveport, Louisiana. Burial will follow at St. Joseph's Cemetery, 2300 Texas Ave, Shreveport, Louisiana. Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 1815 Marshall St., Shreveport, Louisiana on Monday, November 2, 2020. A rosary will be held at 7:00 p.m. Officiating the service will be Rev. Kevin Mues. Billie was born on July 19, 1934 in Shreveport, Louisiana to Dacre Dudley Norris and Ina Mae Leonard and passed away Wednesday, October 28, 2020 in Shreveport, Louisiana. Billie, affectionately known as "Nanny", was a parishioner at St. Joseph Catholic Church and had a strong devotion to the Blessed Mother. She is preceded in death by her parents and husband, Tony Joseph Tuminello. She is survived by daughter, Kathy Tuminello Gehl and husband, John; son, Joseph Dudley Tuminello and wife, Kathy; daughter, Patricia Tuminello Belin and husband, Scott; special daughter-in-law, Lisa Spinelli-Amadon; sister, Kathryn Norris Vascoe; grandchildren, Anna Gehl McMillon and husband, Matt, Katie Jane Gehl and Justin Moudy, Connor Joseph Tuminello, Caitlin Elissa Tuminello, Lauren Marie Belin and Joseph Lawrence Belin; great-grandchildren, The Triplets, Noah, Max and Luke McMillon and Eli McMillion (Itty Bitty); her extended family, The Prest Family and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. Honoring Billie as pallbearers will be Joseph Belin, Scott Belin, Kyle Prest, Frank Prest, Jr., Tommy McDaniel and Matt McMillon. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be James Vascoe, Frank Thomas Prest, II and Connor Tuminello. The family would like to express special thanks to Dr. P.V. Blanchard, her longtime care physician. Eternal rest grant unto her, O Lord, and let the perpetual light shine upon her. May the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God. Rest In Peace.
