Billy was born on February 8, 1952 in Stroud, OK and passed away on October 8, 2014. He was a resident of Shreveport, LA. Bill Adams was brought into the world with a cape upon his back; a hero and a true patriarch to many. He wore many hats. He was the ultimate family man. He was a devoted husband to Marie for 44 years, and cherished each moment that he spent by her side. He was a loving father that always put his children and grandchildren's happiness before his own. He gave unconditional love. His ability to put his family first helped to create many memories that all of us will cherish forever. People close to Bill will remember him by his strength, integrity, being a salesman, a jokester, an avid hunter, a great fisherman, and for his sportsmanship. He was a storyteller and educator. Some of his stories were bigger than life. His spirit and smile will be missed by everyone he touched.
He was preceded in death by his father, Billy D. Adams, Sr. and brother, Michael Larry Adams. Left to cherish his sweet memory will be his mother, Rosie Adams; wife, Lois Marie Adams; sons, Thomas Kelly Kubaiko and Scott D. Adams; daughters, Angelique Adams and Amber Danielle Adams; brothers, Jim Adams and Frank Adams; grandchildren, Caitlyn Kubaiko, Briana Adams, Dylan Adams, Tristan Adams, Scarlett Nash, Alison Bolton, Sydney Lugo, and Tanner Neighbors.
Serving Billy as pallbearers will be Tanner Neighbors, Robert Lane, Scott Decker, Jimmy Adams, Jr., Joe Lugo, and Elijah Smith.
