SHREVEPORT, LA - A memorial service for Billye D. Cox, 84, will be held 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 23, 2014 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Bossier City, LA. Officiating will be Pastor Siegfried Kunz and Pastor Aaron Fenker. Billye was born on April 5, 1930 and passed away on July 20, 2014 in Shreveport, LA. She loved boating and sports. Her favorite teams were Dallas Cowboys, New Orleans Saints, and Texas Rangers. She was preceded in death by husband, C.L. Cox, Sr.; son, Terry Cox; partner Walter A. Point. Left to cherish her memory is son, Charles L. Cox and wife, Beth; daughter, Debi Point; daughter-in-law, Kathy Cox; grandchildren, Jimmy Terry, Jeremy Cox and wife, Shannon, Becky Mansfield and husband, Brad, Grayson Point and wife, Kelly, Lindsey Miller and husband, Brian, Rachael Cox, Jessie Cox, and Kristen Cox; great-grandchildren, Pavan Cox, Rheid Terry, Zane Cox, Brayden Cox, Emma Cox, Isaac Miller, and Jackson Point.
