Bobbie Garcia

A graveside service for Bobbie Ruth Garcia will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 18, 2021 at Rose-Neath Cemetery, 5185 Swan Lake Spur, Bossier City, Louisiana. Visitation will be Friday, December 17, 2021 at Rose-Neath Funeral, 2201 Airline Drive, Bossier City, Louisiana. Officiating will be Mr. Evan Norwood. Bobbie was born on June 21, 1937 in Linden, Texas to Thomas Counts and Daisy Hines Counts and passed away on Thursday, December 9, 2021 in Haughton, Louisiana. Bobbie loved her gardening especially her flowers. If you knew Bobbie, you knew she had a green thumb. She enjoyed spending time sitting on her swing outside. Her family meant everything to her. She married the love of her life Charlie B. Garcia in 1993, and they lived a happy life watching their children and grandchildren grow up together until his passing in 2007. Bobbie is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Charlie Garcia; children's father, Frank Villard, Sr. She is survived by her sons, Frank Villard, Jr., Fred Villard and Johnny Villard; daughters, Mary Frances Tyra, Tina Taylor, Josephine Kepley, Elizabeth Ann Mutz and Elivera Hauck; her 23 grandchildren and numerous great and great-greats; sisters, Sybil Montgomery and Lucille Thomas; brother, Jimmy Counts. Honoring Bobbie as pallbearers will be Fred Villard, Sr., Fred Villard, Jr., Frank Villard III, Jason Kepley, Ricky Kepley, Jr. and Billy Wallace.
