Ringgold, LA - Memorial services for Mr. Bobby Kellogg Sr., 75, will be held on Saturday, March 7, 2015 at 2:00 pm in the Rose-Neath Chapel in Coushatta, LA, with Pastor Jeffery Saxton officiating. Interment will be in Springhill Cemetery in Ringgold. The family welcomes guests for visitation, Friday from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. Bobby was born August 3, 1939 and spent his childhood and young adult life in Hall Summit where he experienced lots of fun, a little mischief, and many days of hard work. He excelled as an oil field worker, garage owner, mechanic, and dedicated employee of 35 years at the Louisiana Army Ammunition Plant, where he retired in 1995.
Bobby was preceded in death by his parents, Dale and Gertrude Kellogg; siblings Ray Kellogg, Mary Litton, Jean Hayes, and Billy Kellogg; and his second mother, Big Mama Salter. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Mrs. Mary Ann Salter Kellogg and four sons; Bob Kellogg and his wife Cindy of Natchitoches, LA; Chris Kellogg and Cliff Kellogg of Ringgold; Clay Kellogg and his wife Angela, of Elm Grove, LA; five grandchildren; Summer Thomas, Christopher Kellogg; Dakoda Kellogg and girlfriend Maddie; Justin Kellogg and girlfriend, Rebekah; Nicole Kellogg; and four great-grandchildren; Taylor Berry, Gage Berry, Emersyn Thomas, and Sarah Kellogg. He is also survived by brother, Tracy Kellogg of Brewton, AL, and Carol Kellogg Thompson of Hall Summit, LA.

Honoring Bobby as pallbearers will be brother-in-laws, Red Salter, John Salter, Bill Salter, Steve Salter, Terry Salter, and Rod Murchison; grandsons, Christopher Kellogg, Dakoda Kellogg, and Justin Kellogg; and great-grandson, Gage Berry.
