Bobby Ray Lovett, JR

Bobby Ray Lovett, 66, went home to be with Jesus, May 15, 2023, after a brief illness.   Bobby was born April 30, 1957, and lived in the Vivian area his entire life.  He graduated from North Caddo High School.  He was known for his artistic abilities, his perfection as a welder and later in life he excelled in drafting and design.

Bobby is preceded in death by his parents: Bobby and Doris Lovett and his nephew, Toby Jones.

Left to cherish his memories are his sisters, Charlotte L. Capps, of Mena, AR, and Marcia Braudaway, (Ron) of Vivian, LA, his nephews, Mark Braudaway, Adam Jones, Alan Braudaway, and his only niece Heather Jones Terrell.

Bobby gave his heart to Jesus at 14 years old at Mt. Gilead Baptist Church, so it is only fitting that his services be held there. Services will be Saturday, May 20, 2023, at 11:00 am.  Visitation with the family will be from 10:00-11:00 prior to the service.

The family wants to thank North Caddo Medical Clinic and Dr. Walker May for their excellent care of Bobby and to North Caddo Medical Center for treating him like a king during his recent hospital stay.
