Bobby L. Pearce

SHREVEPORT, LA - Funeral services for Bobby L. Pearce, 89, will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 28, 2015 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, Southside Drive. Interment will follow at Pine Grove Methodist Church Cemetery in Minden, LA. Officiating will be Pastor Dale Sauls. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 27, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Rose-Neath Southside Funeral Home. Bobby was born in Georgetown, LA on April 24, 1926 to John William and Ruby Cooper Pearce and passed away on October 25, 2015. He proudly served his country during WWII and was a Navy Veteran. Preceding Bobby in death were his parents, sisters, Florence and Doris, brothers, B.J. Pearce and Claude Pearce. Those left to cherish his memory are his sons, Steven Pearce and wife, Gayle, and Dennis Pearce; sister, Floriene Grimes Along with numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family. The family would like to say a special thanks to Dr. Thomas Reilly, and to the nurses and staff at the Grace Home for their wonderful care of Bobby.
