Bobby Dale was born June 21, 1938, in Los Angeles, CA, to the late Veldon Ray and Ruth Isgitt Presson and was called home January 6, 2015, in Shreveport, LA, surrounded by loved ones. Anyone that ever met Bobby Dale was proud to call him friend. Bobby Dale will be remembered for his charismatic way of never meeting a stranger and the stories he always loved to tell. Bobby Dale was preceded in death by his parents; his previous wife; Meryl Dell Presson and one brother; Austin Presson. Left to cherish the wonderful memories Bobby Dale leaves behind, will be his beloved wife; Linda Williams Presson, two sons; Dale Presson and wife Tanya, Mike Presson, three step-daughters; Stephanie Crowder, Brandy Pool Guillot and Jerri Kaye Allbritton, two siblings; Barbara Veuleman and husband Buddy and Betty Wales and husband Harry, many grandchildren along with numerous extended family members and many wonderful friends. Honorary pallbearers will be Mike Carter, Mike Martin, Charles Cox, Bobby Carpenter, Gene Clark, Buddy Veuleman, Harry Wales, Billy Munds and Jim Gallian. The family would like to express their warmest gratitude to Linda's Progressive Bank and Red River Desk and Derrick club families for their love and support when they needed it most. There are no words to express Linda's love to Dorothy Semon, Bobbie Trust, Jean Cooper, Carol Lloyd and Sabrina Guillory for their never ending love, compassion and support for Linda and Bobby Dale.
