Brad Eugene Hudson

Brad Eugene Hudson was born on January 17, 1957 in Herrin, Illinois and passed away on Sunday, February 2, 2025 in Bossier City, Louisiana. His parents were Gilbert and Goldena Hudson.

Brad was preceded in death by his parents, Gilbert and Goldena Hudson, and his sister, Janet McGary.

Brad is survived by his brother-in-law, Bobby McGary; his nephews, Mark McGary and his wife, Heather and their children, Sydney and Luke McGary, Jared McGary, and Robert McGary and his wife Jill, and their children Megan, Kristen, Alyssa, Jonathan and Rebecca.

Honoring Brad as pallbearers will be Mark McGary, Luke McGary, Jared McGary, Gene Rosenberger, Robert McGary and David Hampton.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Louisiana Sheriff’s Department Program, P. O. Box 2468, Baton Rouge, LA, 70821 or National Rifle Association, 11250 Waples Mills Road, Fairfax, VA 22030.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, February 8, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at Forest Park Cemetery West, 4000 Meriwether Road, Shreveport, Louisiana. Officiating the service will be Mark McGary.
