Bruce Elbert Brock

Bruce Elbert Brock, 58, of Shreveport, Louisiana entered into eternal rest on May 4, 2023. He was born on May 29, 1964, in Shreveport to Carlton Elbert Brock and Natalie McDivitt Brock.

A Memorial Gathering will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 10, 2023, located at Central Christian Church- 2010 Bert Kouns Industrial Loop, Shreveport, LA 71118. Officiating the service will be Rev. Anthony Nations. Interment will be held at a later date at Memorial Gardens in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Bruce was a life-long resident of Shreveport, Louisiana where he grew up attending Central Christian Church. In his free time, Bruce enjoyed being in the kitchen cooking, and playing virtual golf. He will be missed by his family and his dog, Buddy Boy.

Bruce was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents. Left to cherish his memory is his daughter, Marjie Howie and husband Jordan and her children, Makayla and Jonas; his parents, Carlton and Natalie Brock; his sister, Brenda Brock Vines and husband Binkey and their children, Haley, Brock, and Matthew.
