Candice Hartley Jamison

Bethany, LA - Services for Candice C. Hartley Jamison will be held at Rose-Neath Southside on Friday, August 14, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. Visitation will be Thursday, August 13, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Final resting place will be Providence Baptist Church Cemetery. Candi went to be with the Lord on Sunday, August 9, 2015. Waiting with open arms were her Pappy and Nanny, J.B. & Barbara Shoumaker, and many other loved ones. Candi was born on April 19, 1976 in Shreveport, LA. She lived, and was raised, in Bethany, LA. Candi worked for Caddo Parish Schools, at Walnut Hill Elementary and Jr. High, as a bus driver and Teacher\'s Aid. She loved working with children, but most of all she loved her family. Her husband and their sons were her whole world. Candi was always there for her friends and family. Her firecracker personality, she was one of a kind and left an impact in everyone\'s lives. She's deeply loved and will be missed by all who knew her. Loving her forever is her husband, Joe Jamison Jr.; sons, Bryson Charles & Cayden Jayce Jamison; parents, Charles E. Hartley & Cheryl L. Shoumaker Hartley; sisters, Traci M. Teer and husband, Scott; Shannon R. Wynn and fiancé, Jason C. Johnson; nieces & nephews, Jordan, Cheyenne, Ashlynn, Levi and Brody; father and mother in-law, Joe Jamison, Sr. & Elizabeth Jamison; sisters-in-law, Sherlanda Jamison, Terri Jamison, Bettina Richardson; many sisters & brothers at heart; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Honoring Candi as pallbearers will be Dusty Cooper, Shane Shoumaker, Jordan Poole, Chad Wynn, Aaron Hall and David Johnson.
