Carol Ann Paul

Shreveport, La-On December 26, 2014, Carol Ann Soares Paul of Shreveport, Louisiana, wife of Mike Paul, passed away surrounded by her family. The relatives and friends of Carol are invited to attend her memorial service 10 a.m. Monday, December 29, 2014 at Rose-Neath's Southside Chapel. Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. Sunday, December 28, 2014 at Rose-Neath's Southside. Carol was born on October 20, 1957 in New Bedford, Massachusetts, to the late Carlos and Beverly Soares. It was there that she met Mike, the love of her life and husband of almost 38 years. She worked at Louisiana Land Bank for 30 years, and after retiring from there, she joined F. Troy Williams Co. She is survived by her husband, Mike Paul; her daughter, Jennifer Paul Frederick and her husband David Frederick of Covington, Louisiana; her daughter, Janelle Paul of Bossier City, Louisiana; her sister, Norma Soares Reedy of Delhi, Louisiana; her brother, Edward Soares of Delhi, Louisiana; one grandson, Austin Joseph Frederick; one granddaughter, Emily Hebert Frederick; her sister-in-law, Doreen Paul Williamson; her brother-in-law, Kevin Paul; nephews, Eric Reedy and Austin Soares; and nieces, Kathy Reedy and Carly Soares; and a multitude of extended family and friends in whose memories she will live forever.
