Graveside services for Ms. Carolyn Conder, 76, will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 10, 2020 at Rose-Neath Cemetery, Bossier City, Louisiana. Visitation will be held Tuesday, June 9, 2020 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Rose-Neath Bossier, 2201 Airline Drive, Bossier City, Louisiana. Carolyn was born June 10, 1944 in Many, LA to Houston and Bertha Rains. She passed away Wednesday, June 3, 2020 in Bossier City, LA. Ms. Conder worked for South Central Bell as a telephone operator for many years. Later, she became a demo manager at Sams Club and then a door greeter. She never met a stranger and loved to take care of everyone, earning her the title of the "neighborhood mom". Carolyn is preceded in death by her daughter, Michelle Hoffman and her parents. She is survived by her daughter, Erika Nichols; son, John Paul Hoffman; six grandchildren, Krystle Gallegos, Stetson Waggoner, Lauren Hoffman, Jonathan Hoffman, Logan Hoffman and Lindsey Waggoner; many great-grandchildren; and a host of friends.
