Catherine D. Phillips was born on October 12, 1923 in Alexandria, LA and passed away on January 17, 2018 in Shreveport, LA at the age of 94. Services celebrating her life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 18, 2018 at Rose-Neath Marshall St. Chapel. Burial will follow at Forest Park East Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be held on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. prior to the service.
