Catherine Lorena Waldron

Funeral services celebrating the life of Catherine Lorena Waldron will be held Monday, February 12, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at Rose Neath Funeral Home Chapel in Minden, Louisiana. Interment will follow at Bistineau Cemetery in Heflin, Louisiana. The family will receive friends on Monday, one hour prior to the service.

Lorena was born October 19, 1941, in Chatham, Louisiana and left this earthly life February 8, 2024, in Minden, Louisiana. She was a member of Bistineau Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Teddy F. Cobb and Mary Hazel (Barr) Cobb, husband, John H. Waldron, Jr., son, David Waldron, daughter, Donna Gail Waldron, and sister Patricia Ann Edwards.

She is survived by her daughter, Patricia Savell and husband Alan; sons, Larry Waldron and John Waldron and wife Laurie Waldron; sisters, Sandra (Sandy) Masingill and Cynthia (Cindy) O’Neal; aunt, Imogene Thomas; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
