SHREVEPORT, LA - Funeral services for Catherine Sue Williams, "Cathy" will be held 12 noon Wednesday, July 30, 2014 at Rose-Neath's Southside Chapel. Officiating will be Dr. Murry Hodge. Interment will follow in Forest Park East Cemetery. Visitation will be held 11:00 a.m. until service time on Wednesday in the chapel. On July 26, 2014 God called another one of His Angel's home. Catherine Sue Williams, 58 years old, daughter of J. Clifton "Clif" Williams, Jr. and Sue Slaughter Williams went home to be with her Lord. "Cathy" as she was called by everyone, was born May 10, 1956 in Shreveport, LA, an only child. She was a member of Summer Grove Baptist Church. Cathy was a sweet, loving young lady. She was especially loving to her parents. Many things easy for others were not as easy for Cathy, but she was an achiever. For those who missed an opportunity to know and talk with her in this life, they missed a wonderful blessing. We will miss her- oh, we will miss her, but our hearts are overflowing with love and loving memories. Her last words to us were; "We a happy famil."
