Chad Lewis Doughty, 32, was born on December 3, 1987 to Carl Doughty and Susan Renee Crank Doughty in Shreveport, Louisiana and passed away Tuesday, August 25, 2020. Funeral services for Chad Lewis Doughty, 32, will be held on Wednesday, September 2, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 2500 Southside Dr., Shreveport, Louisiana. Chad was born on December 3, 1987 to Carl Doughty and Susan Renee Crank Doughty in Shreveport, Louisiana and passed away Tuesday, August 25, 2020. Chad was a very kind and gentle person. He loved making people laugh and spending time with his family. Chad worked very hard and never complained. He always pushed through any and every obstacle placed in his path with grace. The legacy of Chad's kind heart, passion for fishing, and love of family will last forever. Chad is preceded in death by his grandparents, Iris and James Doughty; grandfather, Joe Lewis Crank, Sr.; great-great grandparents, Thelma and John Crank; great aunts, Myrtle Elizabeth Raley and Judy Boykin; great uncle, Artis Crank and Uncle Tee Loyd; great aunt, Charlotte Bass and special family friend, Michelle Burlington Davis.
