BOSSIER CITY, LA - Funeral services for MSgt. Charles W. Davis, Sr. USAF Ret. Will be 11 a.m. on Saturday, September 24, 2016 at Rose-Neath's Bossier Chapel. Officiating will be Chaplain Joshua Layfield. Interment will follow at Hill Crest Memorial Park Cemetery with United States Air Force Honors. Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday, September 23, 2016 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, Bossier City. Charles was born July 19, 1938 to Charles and Lexie Gregory Davis in Shoopman, KY and died September 18, 2016 in Bossier City. He was a charter member of the Café USA Coffee Club and had retired from General Motors also. He is preceded in death by his parents; two brothers and four sisters. Charles is survived by his wife of 55 years, Angeline Marie Davis of Bossier City; sons, Charles W. Davis, Jr. of Bossier City, Joseph S. Davis and wife, Kelly of Shreveport; sisters, Vella Johnson and Linda Worch; grandchildren, Jessie and Megan Davis and numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be James Wise, John Davidson, Adam Holley, Stuart Douglas and Dan Jones. Honorary pallbearers will be members of Café USA Coffee Club, Dave F., Jim V., Burt R., Wayne G., Joe G., Tom C, Tom G., Tom H., Phil M., Al O. and Mal V.
