Charles "Chip" Newton Eubanks
Stonewall, La - A funeral service for Charles "Chip" Newton Eubanks, 19, will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, January 4, 2015 at Rose-Neath's Southside Chapel. Officiating will be Reverend Paul Navarre. Interment will follow at Forest Park East. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. on Saturday, January, 3, 2015 at the funeral home.
Chip was born on June 15, 1995 to Charlie and Lori Eubanks. He passed away on January 1, 2015. His passion for baseball was evident by his performance on the field. He game his all to the game and was a part of the 2012 State Championship Team at North DeSoto High School. The game brought him such joy and a sense of brotherhood with his teammates.
He is preceded in death by his grandfathers, Chester Langford, and Bill Eubanks. He is survived by his parents, Charlie and Lori Eubanks, brothers, William Trahan, and Austin (Bulldog) Eubanks.
Honoring him as pallbearers are Zach Irvin, Taylor Lawson, Mitchell Hakun, Hunter Thomas, Austin Pinnick, and Dustin Brossette, and honorary pallbearers will be North DeSoto High School Baseball Team.
