Christine Keene

Shreveport, La - Celebration of Life services for Christine Winget Keene, 87, will be held at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, December 30, 2014, in the Rose-Neath Southside Chapel with Greg Winget officiating. Interment will immediately follow on the grounds of Forest Park West, Shreveport, LA. The family would like to welcome guests for visitation Monday, December 29, 2014, from the hours of 6-8 PM at Rose-Neath Southside. Christine was born March 6, 1927, to the late Leland Mack and Willie Mae Green Winget and was called home December 27, 2014, in Shreveport, LA. She loved the mountains. Christine will be remembered for her hard working ethics and would always help anyone in need. Christine was preceded in death by her parents, her husband; Herman Keene, a number of siblings and one niece. Left to cherish the wonderful memories Christine leaves behind are her two sons; Larry Keene and Jerry Keene and wife Donna, one sister; Barbara Coe, six grandchildren; Trey, Brandon and Casey Keene, Ashlie Giles, Becky Gordon and Brian Keene; nine great-grandchildren; Brianna Keene, Jessie Keene, Kelsey Davis, Cortney Davis, Riley, Cadence and Kenly Keene, Brynlie and Baylor Giles; two great-great-grandchildren; Dyeson Davis and Kylie Davis along with many extended family members and a number of wonderful friends.
