Claudia J. Taylor

Claudia J. Taylor, age 61, of Shreveport, Louisiana passed away on August 11, 2024.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Betty Taylor Jennings and Jean Taylor; stepfather, Garry Jennings; sisters, Theresa T. Johnson, Connie Taylor, and Anna Jennings; and great niece, Samath Riley. Left to cherish her memory include her sister, Cathy Riley Taylor; step siblings, Mike and Jana Jennings; nieces, Jessica Richardson, Heather Briceno, and Nacole Riley; nephew, Gary Riley, Jr.; great nieces and nephews, Britanee P. Kanza and Stephen McCauley, Madison, Chloe, Alyssa, Zoie, Kinslee Riley and Gary Riley, III.

Claudia earned her wings after a very long battle with kidney cancer. She loved God, her family, and her fur babies. She enjoyed darts, rock and roll, and Harley’s. Her favorite songs were Amazing Grace and Stairway to Heaven. Claudia will be deeply missed and forever in our hearts.

The family would like to express a heartfelt thank you to Donna Hendrix and Bobbie J. Taylor. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
