Connie "Suzie" Jacks

Funeral services for Connie \"Suzie\"Jacks 56 of Hemphill, TX will be held on Saturday, December 20, 2014 at 2:00pm at the Pendleton Assembly of God Church. Interment will follow in the Randolph Cemetery. Rev. Daniel Davis will officiate. The family will receive friends at the church on Friday, December 19, 2014 from 6:30PM until time of service. Suzie was born on December 21, 1957 in Goldsboro, NC. She entered into eternal rest on December 16, 2014 in Shreveport, LA after a long courageous battle with breast cancer. She was preceded in death by her father Travis Earl Layfield; and aunt Myrtle Randolph. She is survived by her husband Buck Jacks of Hemphill, TX; mother Bonnie Randolph Layfield of Many, LA; sister Brenda Shanley and husband Jim of Many, LA; brothers Tim Layfield and wife Debbie of Many, LA, Randy Layfield and wife Lawana of Many, LA; and a host of family and friends. Honoring her as pallbearers will be J.D. Hill, Tim Layfield, Timmy Layfield, Randy Layfield, Heath Lemmons, and Michael Shanley.
