ARCADIA - Funeral services will be held for Danny Pearson, age 65, at 10:00 a.m., on Thursday, November 6, 2014, at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Arcadia. Bro. Robert Drummond will officiate. The interment will follow at Arcadia Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 5:00-8:00 p.m. Mr. Pearson was born February 17, 1949, in Vicksburg, MS to Hugh & Bessie Guyton Pearson. He entered into rest on November 3, 2014, in Shreveport. He worked as a truck driver for Servico Trucking. He is preceded in death by his parents Hugh & Bessie Pearson. He is survived by his wife Dee Pearson of Arcadia, sons Daniel Pearson of Arcadia and Jacob Pearson and wife Jessie of Jonesboro, daughter Shelly Pearson of Arcadia, sisters Sherry Edwards and husband George of Arcadia and Gail Keller and husband Ardie of Baton Rouge, brothers Rocky Pearson of Houston, TX, Pat Pearson of Copperas Cove, TX and Mike Pearson and wife Dawn of Big Springs, TX. Pallbearers will be Daniel Pearson, Jacob Pearson, Lee Breazeale, Jason Breazeale, George Edwards and Layne Weeks.
