Danny J. Weber, 84, of Logansport, Louisiana passed away on Sunday, November 5, 2023, surrounded by loved ones. Danny was born on August 7, 1939, to Daniel and Pauline Patterson Weber.

Danny served in the United States Navy. After serving in the Navy, he went to work on drilling rigs where he later became Superintendent for Continental Drilling. He spent the first part of his working career on jobs across the world. In the 1980’s he became a truck driver, hauling salt water where he finally retired after his second attempt at retirement. After retirement, he spent his spare time making wood products for fun. Pawpaw had to stay busy!

He was married for more than 40 years to his “Sue baby”.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Sue Weber; sons, Terry and Danny Weber; mother, Pauline Weber; father, Daniel Weber; sister, Judy Rocha; brother, Charlie Weber; and great grandson, Aidon Sepulvado.

Left to cherish his memory is his grandchildren, Candace Latham and husband, JR of Bronson, TX, Christie Weber of Kilgore, TX, Danielle Merkley and husband, Ramon of Longview, TX; daughter-in-love, Angela Pritchett and husband, Lance of Liberty, TX; great grandchildren, Levi Latham and wife, Kelbie of Bronson, TX, Harlie Bell and husband, Grant of Pearland, TX, Braxton Sepulvado of Hemphill, TX, Camdon Latham of Bronson, TX, Dwayne Sepulvado of Kilgore, TX, and Noelle Merkley of Longview, TX; great-great granddaughter, Laikyn Latham of Bronson, TX; niece, Glenda Littleton of Keithville, LA; nephew, Randy Allen and wife, Sheri of Stonewall, LA; great nephew, Buddy Baker of Stonewall, LA; along with numerous nieces, nephews, friends of the Masonic Lodge #320 in Noble, LA, church friends, and neighbors.

The family would like to express a special thank you to Jessica Fore of Harbor Hospice in Jasper, TX.

A memorial graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, January 6, 2024 at Chreene Cemetery, Stanley, Louisiana.
