SHREVEPORT, LA- Funeral services for Darion Dale Leach, 89, will be held at 12 noon Thursday, August 7, 2014 at Providence Road Baptist Church. Dr. Bobby Leach will officiate. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:30 a.m. until service time at the church.
Darion entered into eternal bliss with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on August 4, 2014 at Overton Brooks VA Medical Center. He was born on February 27, 1925.
He is survived by his wife, of 67 years, Oleta Behan Leach; children, Bobby Leach, Linda Johnson and Donald Leach; 9 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren.
The family requests that charitable contributions be made to the Providence Road Baptist Church cemetery fund. A special thanks to the doctors and staff at the VA Hospital.
