Minden, LA David Douglas Cupples   Funeral services for David Douglas Cupples will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Sept 10, 2017 at First United Methodist Church in Minden with Pastor Brian Mercer officiating. Burial will follow at Gardens of Memory Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5 until 8 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 9, 2017 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Minden. David was born April 29,1959 and died Sept. 6, 2017 at the age of 58 at home while getting ready to watch his grandson at football practice. He leaves behind his best friend, traveling companion and wife of 38 years, Lisa Cupples; sons Jordan and wife Lindsey and Derek and wife Jennifer; parents Doug and Cortez Cupples and grandchildren Copeland and Briley. His younger brother Keith Cupples precedes him in death. David loved his family.
