David Allan Kiel

Memorial Services for David Allan Kiel, 57, will be held 7:00 p.m. Monday, June 19, 2017 at Rose-Neath Bossier Chapel. Officiating will be John Bruce. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. David was born June 29, 1959 in Vincennes, IN to Jo Anne and Glenn Kiel. He entered into rest on June 15, 2017 in Shreveport, LA. He worked as an Automotive Technician and started Kiel's Automotive in 1985. He was a great provider for his family and not only loving to his three sons, but also cared for their friends in a father-like manner. He also loved his grandchildren. David was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his loving wife of 38 years, Rose Ann (Bates) Kiel; sons, Matthew David Kiel, Mitchell Allan Kiel and wife, Tasha and, Garrett Joe Kiel; grandchildren, Bryleigh and Maci Kiel; and siblings, Brenda Kiel Wells of Tallahassee, FL, Curtis Kiel of Vincennes, IN, Larry Kiel of Shobonier, IL, and Sheila Kiel Harmon and husband, Tom of Greenwood, IN.
