David Allison Todd

SHREVEPORT, LA - Funeral services for David Allison Todd, 85, will be held at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, December 16, 2015 at Rose-Neath Southside Chapel, with visitation beginning at 11:00 a.m. until service time. Interment will follow at NWLA Veterans Cemetery in Keithville, LA. David was born on August 14, 1930 in Childress, TX to Mr. and Mrs. Oda Lindsay Todd and passed away on December 9, 2015. He proudly served his country in the USAF and is a Korean War Veteran. Preceding David in death are his wife, Ruth Oliver Todd, brother, Oda Lindsay Todd, Jr., sister, Francis Todd Chase, and parents, Oda Lindsay and Jimmie Allison Todd. He is survived by his son, Dennis L. Todd and wife, Susan; grandchildren, Dennis Lynn Todd, Jr., Lindsay Maria Todd Forsythe and husband, Keith; great-grandchildren, Kinsley Madison Forsythe and Katelyn Marie Forsythe; brother, Floyd Todd and wife, Sue; sister-in-law, Elizabeth Myers Todd, along with extended family. The family would like to say a special thanks to all the staff at Southern Hills Healthcare facility for their attentiveness and care over the past few years.
