David W. Taylor

Funeral services for David W. Taylor will be held Monday, July 3, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at Westlake Baptist Church in Doyline, Louisiana with Bro. Mike Sanders officiating.  Interment will follow at Westlake Cemetery in Doyline under the direction of Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Minden, Louisiana. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. Sunday, July 2, 2023, at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Minden.

David was born October 30, 1959, in England and entered into rest June 29, 2023, in Shreveport, Louisiana.

David was preceded in death by his father, Earl Taylor.

He is survived by his mother, Joyce Taylor, son, David Kyle Taylor; daughters, Heather Chambers (Michael), Kimber Fuller (J.R.), and Amber Jacobs (Roy); sisters, Goldie Booth (Jimmy) and Judy Taylor;  brother, Gary Taylor (Terrie);  grandchildren, Slade Taylor, Taci Fidler, Addisyn Chambers, Katie Chambers, Alex Chambers, Emmi Fuller, Joli Nixon, and Morgan Hickingbottom; nieces, Ashley Vann (Trey) and Brooke Vanderberg (Vandy); and nephews, Jeffrey Booth, Lance Allison (Laura), and Matthew Taylor.

The pallbearers will be Jimmy Booth, Jeffrey Booth, Gary Taylor, Matthew Taylor, and Lance Allison.

Honorary pallbearers will be Roy Jacobs and Michael Chambers.
