Pleasant Hill, LA - Celebration of life and going home service for Mrs. Debra Marie Phillips, 69, was held Wednesday, May 30, 2018 at the Kilpatrick's Rose-Neath Funeral Home Coushatta chapel at 1:00 PM with Reverend Billy Martin officiating. Mrs. Phillips wishes were to be cremated after service. Visitation will be at the funeral home Tuesday, May 29, 2018 beginning at 6:00 PM until service time. Mrs. Phillips was born December 16, 1948, in New Orleans, LA, to Robert and Effie Treadway Nobles and went home to be with her Lord and Savior on May 27, 2018, in Pleasant Hill, LA. Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, Kenneth Wayne Phillips; son, Shawn Scott Stalson; sisters, Bobbie Trichell and Pat Nobles. Left to cherish her memory are oldest son, Thomas G. Beeson, and wife, Tammy; adopted son, Charles Frye; daughter, Effie JoAnn Stalson Phillips and husband, Clifton Brent Phillips; sisters, Frankie JoAnn Aligholizadeh and husband, Manoucher, Patricia Welch; very special sisters-in-law, Linda Phillips and Carrie Johnson; special nephew, Albert Phillips, Jr.; brothers, Johnny Nobles and wife, Gail, Lonnie Nobles and wife, Celle, her shield and protector, Robert Nobles and significant other, Linda and Little Johnny Nobles and wife, Janelle; and grandchildren, Jessica Beeson Cup and husband, Jeremy, Rachel Beeson Keller and husband, Caleb, Emily Beeson, Molly and Matthew Beeson, James Kenneth Brent Phillips and Rose Marie Faith Phillips.
