Diane Taylor Caldarera

Diane Taylor Caldarera was born April 26, 1942 and passed away Tuesday, September 29, 2020. She was predeceased by her mother and father, Ophelia and Frank Taylor. She is survived by her sister, Laura Crowell and husband, Clinton; nephew, David Crowell and his children, Morgan and Eric Crowell. Diane graduated from Fair Park High School and attended Northwestern State University, majoring in journalism. She began her career at The Shreveport Times and then became secretary for The Honorable Judge Tom Stagg for over 45 years. She was a charter member of Fellowship United Methodist Church in Bossier City and most recently a member of St. Luke United Methodist Church in Shreveport. Due to COVID-19 there will be no funeral service. The family would like to extend a special thank you to her friends, Kuma Powell and Merry Jones and to the staff at St. Joseph Hospice for all their loving care. The family suggests any memorials may be made to St. Joseph Hospice, 8950 E Kings Hwy Shreveport, LA 71115 or to the charity of the donor's choice.
