Dianne Poland

Arcadia - Funeral services for Dianne Poland; a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother; will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 1, 2016, at First Baptist Church of Arcadia. Rev. Ray Anderson will officiate, with Bro. Jeff Hoffman assisting. Interment will follow at Hurricane Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 30, 2016, at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Arcadia. Dianne was born March 6, 1943, in Arcadia, Louisiana, and entered into rest at her home on Thursday, April 28, 2016, with much of her family by her side. She was a member of the Homer Church of Christ. Dianne was deeply devoted to her large family, regularly cooking Sunday dinners for the entire family to enjoy. She took great satisfaction in having her family at her home, as well as attending all events and activities that the grandchildren were involved with. Dianne is preceded in death by her father Revis Caskey and by her grandparents Charlie and Ina Williams. She is survived by her husband Rusty Poland, mother Kathryn Skains, children Todd Spurlock and wife Tricia, Suzanne S. Newell and husband Danny, Jennifer S. Simpson and husband Brett, and Ashley S. Eulate and husband Shayne, by her brother Larry Skains and wife Cheri, her grandchildren Colton, Cade, and Carsin Spurlock, Trent Newell, Carli Kostan, Morgan Hollingsworth, Chaise and Kameron Simpson, and Jace Eulate, and great- grandchildren Kyler and Kayden Kostan, Avery Parr, Laikyn Hollingsworth, and Aidyn Eulate. Pallbearers will be her grandsons and grandsons-in-law, Trent Newell, Colton Spurlock, Cade Spurlock, Jace Eulate, Kurtis Kostan, and Logan Hollingsworth.
