Funeral services for Dickie C. Turman will be held Thursday, June 22, 2017 at 10 a.m. at Point Chapel Assembly of God Church in Doyline, Louisiana with Rev. Matthew LaCaze officiating. Interment will follow at Point Chapel Cemetery in Doyline under the direction of Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Minden, Louisiana. The family will receive friends at the church, Wednesday, June 21, 2017 from 5 until 8 p.m.
Dickie was born January 10, 1954 in Shreveport, Louisiana and entered into rest June 16, 2017 in Doyline, Louisiana. He was a member of Point Chapel Assembly of God.
He is survived by his wife Linda Turman of Doyline, sons, James Allen Frazier of Elm Grove, Joshua Clay Turman and wife Angala of Bossier City, daughter, Melissa Young and husband William of Doyline, brothers-in-law, Jack Clement and wife Kay of Haughton, Ricky Cement and wife Lisa and Kevin Clement and wife Carol all of Elm Grove, sisters-in-law, Kathy Peters and husband Bob of Doyline, Judy Lewis and husband Ferman of Monroe, a special aunt, Reba Franklin and husband Mike of Elm Grove, eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Rickey Hughes, Jody Coker, Brian North, Shawn Ray, Scott Beeson, and Jason Cooper.
