Donald was born September 29, 1942 in Livingston, Montana and entered into rest July 8, 2015 in Minden, Louisiana. He is survived by his son Lewis D. Mann of Washington, daughters Bridgette Shaffer of Benton, Rebecca Woodard of Minden, Christine Barnhill of Idaho, sisters Delores Hebmes of Montana, Carol McDonald of Oregon, brothers Kenneth Mann of Oregon, Theodore Mann of Arizona, and grandchildren Steven Beale, Zachary Beale, Christopher Beale, Jackson Mann, Johnni McCaleb, Justin McCaleb, Chasity Dean, Jordan Shaffer, and Braylin Shaffer, great-grandchildren Hayden Beale, Ashten Beale, Kellen Beale, Kason McCaleb, Brianna Dean, and step-sons Elgie Stanford, and Charles Stanford.
