Donald Emmett Meshell

Funeral services honoring the life of Donald Emmett Meshell will be at 11:00 AM Thursday, January 18, 2018 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Zwolle, LA with Father Richard Norsworthy officiating. Interment will follow in the St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be in the Rose-Neath Many Chapel from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Wednesday, January 17, 2018 with the rosary at 6:30 PM.     Donald Emmett Meshell, 56, was born the youngest son of four, to Emmett Eugene and Iva Lee Meshell, on December 12th, 1961, and passed into eternal rest on January 14th, 2018.   Preceding him in death is his father, Emmett Meshell, and his brother, Dewayne Meshell.   Survivors include his mother, Iva Lee Meshell, brothers, David and Dennis Meshell and one daughter, Jessica Richardson. He is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews.   Donnie lived his life to the fullest; a few of his favorite things were fast cars, loud music, and telling jokes. He never met a stranger and never missed an opportunity to have fun.   Pallbearers honoring the life of Donald Emmett Meshell are Jason Meshell, Kevin Meshell, David Meshell Jr, Keith Meshell, Clint Meshell, Bruce Lowe & Jonathan Meshell.
