Donald H. Shelton

Graveside services for Donald H. Shelton, age 75, will be held at 10:00 a.m. at Centuries Memorial Park on Monday, June 11, 2018. Officiating the service will be Rev. Bob Moore. Visitation will be Sunday, June 10, 2018 from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at Rose-Neath Southside Funeral Home. Donnie entered into rest on June 2, 2018 after a lengthy illness. He was born in Bossier City and worked for many years as a paint contractor before retiring and moving to San Antonio, TX. He was preceded in death by his wife, Yvonne Shelton; mother and father, Avara and Thomas Shelton; two brothers, Thomas Shelton, Jr. and Ronald N. Shelton. He is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Anona and James Goebel; one granddaughter, Samantha Goebel; and one brother, Carl D. Shelton. The family wishes to thank Dr. Gonzaba and the Embrace Hospice nurse, Erin for their love and care.
