SHREVEPORT, LA - A funeral service will be held for Donna Kay Lewis, 55, at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, September 11, 2015 at Kings Temple UPC, 8951 Kingston Rd, Shreveport, LA 71118, with Pastor Damon MaGee officiating. Interment will follow to Forest Park West Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 10, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Kings Temple UPC. Donna was born on August 26, 1960 in Atlanta, TX to Victor and Kathryn Shields. She went to be with her Lord on September 6, 2015 in Shreveport, LA. She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister, Vickie Banta, and grandma, Geneiva Howard. She is survived by her loving husband of 32 years, Robert H. Lewis, daughters, Brandi Rachal and Samantha Smith, grandchildren, Katherine, Keegan, Brooklyn, Brayleigh, and Audrey, siblings, Bryant W. Shields, and special friends, Christy Taylor and Judy Taylor. Honoring Donna as pallbearers will be Brian Cox, Dii Lewis Chapman, DeMarcus Lewis, Cody Taylor, and Toris Lewis.
