Donny J. Lawrence

Coushatta, LA - A funeral service honoring the life of Donny Joe Lawrence, 66, will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, August 1, 2021, at Kilpatrick's Rose-Neath Funeral Home Coushatta Chapel with Bro. Harry Bamburg officiating. Interment will follow in Holley Springs Cemetery, Coushatta, LA. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM Saturday, July 31, at the funeral home.

Donny was born October 25, 1954 to Jimmie "Bud" and Sammie Lawrence. He was a member of Holley Springs Southern Methodist Church.

Donny is preceded in death by his parents; two brothers Sam Lawrence and Ronny Lawrence. Those left behind to cherish his memories are his daughters, Sarah Jones and husband Joseph, Margaret Crumpton and husband Dennis, and Meloni Bolyer and husband Adam; sisters Rose Lawrence, Jamie Lawrence, and Mary Ann Longino and husband Mark; grandchildren Joseph, Christopher, Alexandra, Amber, Cadence, Callum, and Lily; great-grandson, Wren; special nephew Jeremy Lawrence; nieces Allison and Amanda; nephews Daniel and Steven; and great-niece Avery .

Honoring Donny as pallbearers will be Joseph Jones, Dennis Crumpton, Adam Bolyer, Jeremy Lawrence, Steven Longino, and Joseph Bradley. Honorary pallbearers will be Kenny Thomas and Tommy Neal.
