Services for Dorothy W. Glover, 91, will be 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 13, 2016 at Rose-Neath's Bossier Chapel. Visitation will be prior to the service Wednesday, beginning at 12:30 p.m. Interment will follow at Fillmore Cemetery.
Dorothy was born May 18, 1924 in New Orleans, LA to John W. and Sadie Watson and went to be with her Lord on April 8, 2016 at St. Catherine's Laboure in Jacksonville, FL. Dorothy and Edward (Buddy) moved to Jacksonville Beach, FL to be with their daughter in 2005. She loved genealogy research and was a member of the DAR, Colonial Dames, Magna Carta and Plantagenet Society. Dorothy was a beloved mother, grandmother, aunt and friend and will be missed by all.
Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Prince Glover.
She is survived by her daughter, Melinda Glover Zetrouer and husband, Gary, grandson, Jacob Edward Zetrouer, all of Jacksonville, FL; sisters-in-law, Patricia Watson, Kathleen Haaga and husband, Charles and brother-in-law, Charles Glover and wife, Julie, all of Bossier City, LA, along with many nieces and nephews.
Honoring Dorothy as pallbearers will be, Gary Zetrouer, Danny Watson, Randy Watson, Charles Glover, Charles Haaga and Fred Morgan.
