Dorothy Ann McIntyre

Mrs. Dorothy Ann McIntyre, 88 of Zwolle, Louisiana went to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, December 16, 2023, in Mansfield, Louisiana. A visitation will be held for her on Friday, December 22, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Kilpatrick’s Rose-Neath Funeral Home Chapel, 9891 Texas Highway, Many, Louisiana 71449. Her funeral will begin at 2:00 p.m. and will be officiated by Bro. Ricky Wead and Bro. Gordon Simmons; with interment to follow in the Zwolle City Cemetery. She entered this world on December 25, 1934, in Louisville, Mississippi to Olyn Higgason and Laura (Dempsey) Higgason. 

Preceding her in death are her parents, Olyn and Laura Higgason; her nine sisters; and her husband of 65 years, Warren Joe McIntyre. She is survived by her sons, Jerry (Bubba) McIntyre of Brookhaven, MS, Bobby Joe McIntyre and partner, George of Martinsburg, WV; her daughters, Janie Carol Procell and husband, John Henry of Shreveport, LA, Pam Sepulvado and husband, Larry of Zwolle, LA, and Kelly Belt and husband, Mark of Symsonia, KY; and her 8 grandchildren, her 13 great grandchildren, her 4 great, great grandchildren; along with a host of nieces, nephews, friends and other family members.

Honoring her as pallbearers will be Jeff Procell, Steven Sepulvado, Cade Sepulvado, Nic Sepulvado, Alex Sepulvado, and Josh Garcie. Her honorary pallbearers will be Adam Hart, Dusty McIntyre, and Daniel Belt.
