Dorothy Campbell Tatum

SHREVEPORT, LA - Funeral services for Dorothy C. Tatum, 92, will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, September, 15, 2014 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home Chapel, 1815 Marshall St. Shreveport, LA. Interment will follow at Forest Park East, St. Vincent Ave. Officiating will be Rev. Dr. Wybra Price II and Rev. Jo Ann Cooper of Noel Memorial United Methodist Church.

Dorothy was born in New Orleans, LA on July 21, 1922 to Maurice and Ethel Campbell and passed away September 11, 2014. She is preceded in death by her husband, Maurice Ronald Tatum and her son Daniel James Tatum. Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Marjorie Tatum Davey and grandson, Mark James Heineman.

Dorothy was a dedicated and devoted member of Noel Memorial United Methodist Church. She was a member of PEO Sisterhood Chapter M, United Methodist Women, The Potpourri Study Club, Charter Member of East Ridge Country Club and Spring Lake Garden Club.

The family would like to thank the ladies at Home Services, Doris, Gloria, Julia, Margaret and Lucille for all the care and love they gave and to Dr. Daniel Moller for his compassion and care.
