Funeral services for Douglas Ray "Beulah" Ezernack will be held on Tuesday, October 6, 2020 at New Freedom Fellowship Church, with Bro. Dean Hillman officiating. Interment will follow at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery. A visitation for him will begin on Monday, October 5, 2020 at Kilpatrick's Rose-Neath Many Chapel from noon until 9:00 PM with a rosary being said at 6:45 PM; his visitation will continue on Tuesday, October 6, 2020 at 8:00 AM-11:00AM at the funeral home. He was born March 27, 1957 to Albert Ezernack, Sr. and Dorothy (Ebarb) Ezernack in Zwolle, LA and he passed away on October 2, 2020 in Many, LA. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. & Mrs. Albert Ezernack, Sr., sister, Charlotte Marie Cartinez; brother, Patrick Michael Ezernack; and brother-in-law, Euell Martinez. Those left to cherish his memory include his daughters, Monica McManus, Melanie Small, and Mindy Sepulvado all of Zwolle, LA; son, Dustin Ezernack of Zwolle, LA; sisters, Lucille Ezernack of Zwolle, LA; Francis Martinez of Zwolle, LA; and Doris Sepulvado and husband Roger of Zwolle, LA; brothers, Albert Ezernack Jr. and wife, Wanda of Zwolle, LA; and Glen Ezernack and wife, Charlotte of Zwolle, LA; sister-in-law, Darlene Ezernack of Zwolle, LA; along with special friends, Red and Marilyn Sepulvado, Rod Rivers and a special niece Carolyn Malmay. He also leaves behind the apples of his eye his 12 grandchildren: Corey, Kara, Brittany, Kyle, Austin, Kaleb, Brooklyn, Alex, Brianna, Kaden, Brayden & Dustin, Jr., his 6 greatgrandchildren with one more on the way; along with a host of nieces, nephews, friends, and other relatives. Pallbearers will be Joey Ezernack, Darrell Ezernack, Michael Ezernack, Bryan Ezernack, Ryan Ezernack, Jared Ezernack, Corey Small, and Dustin Ezernack. Honorary pallbearers will be John Malmay and his grandsons. The family would like to send a special thank you to the staff and employees at Sabine Retirement and Rehabilitation for the loving care shown to our loved one during the time he spent there.
