E. R. McMullan

SHREVEPORT, LA - Graveside Services for E. R. McMullan, 91, will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, February 29, 2016 at Forest Park West Cemetery, Shreveport, LA. Officiating will be Rev. Dale Sauls. Visitation will be 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. on Sunday, February 28, 2016 at Rose-Neath Marshall Street Funeral Home in Shreveport, LA. E.R. McMullan was born April 17, 1924 to Niolon McMullan and Anna Arlean Mathis McMullan in Ridgewood, AL and passed away on February 25, 2016 in Shreveport, LA. Mr. McMullan went into the United States Army in June 1943 and was in until January 1946, and was a Medical Tech, while there he achieved the Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Metal with two Bronze Stars, Philippine Liberation Ribbon with one Bronze Star, Good Conduct Metal, and World War ll Victory Metal. He was a loving son, husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. All who knew him will miss him. He is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his loving wife of 70 years, Martha Reid McMullan of Shreveport, LA; son, Everett McMullan and wife, Denise of St. Louis, MO; daughters, Linda Moncref and husband, Ray of London, KY, Rebecca Stephens and husband, Eddie of Stearns, KY, Connie Stinson and husband, Randy of Blanchard, LA, Ann Wells and husband, Jim of Cynthiana, KY; fourteen grandchildren; and eighteen great-grandchildren.
