A funeral service for Earl Wayne Spano will be on Thursday, May 9, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, in Mansfield, Louisiana. Officiating the service will be Father Mark Franklin. Interment will follow at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery in Rambin, Louisiana. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 8, 2024, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Kilpatrick’s Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 943 Polk Street, Mansfield, Louisiana.
Earl was born on September 7, 1961, in Visalia, California to Glenda Sue Hunter and entered into rest at home surrounded by his loving family on May 4, 2024, in Mansfield, Louisiana.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Glenda; sister Jamie; and grandparents, Johnny Richard Hunter and Rose Ann Hunter.
He is survived by his wife, Lola Spano; father, Vincent Spano; son, Earl Spano, Jr.; daughter, Crystal Malmay and husband, Kenny; siblings, Denise, James and Eric; grandchildren, Gavin, Ethan, Patience and Ever; great grandson, Greyson; and many nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Gavin Chamberlin, Kenny Malmay, Angelo Chamberlin, Michael Franklin, Dylan Smith, Lonnie Hille, Ethan Spano, and Colton Chamberlin.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Terry “T-Willy” McMellon, Ryan Chamberlin, Jack “Ray” Haley, Darrell Lafitte, Justin Youngblood, and Jason Kellogg.
