Edgar Ray Coy

Greenwood, LA - Graveside Services for Mr. Edgar Ray Coy, 83, will be Friday, May 15, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Northwest Louisiana Veterans Cemetery in Keithville, LA. Brother Price Harris will be officiating. Mr. Coy was born October 12, 1931in Sterlington, LA and passed away May 13, 2015, in Shreveport, LA. Mr. Coy is preceded in death by his parents, John Pope Coy and Hester Juliette Yeargin Coy; brother, Robert Coy; and two sisters, Edna Coy Pace and Joan Coy. Those left to cherish his beautiful memory include his wife, Bonnie P. Coy; sons, Steve Coy and wife, Mona, and Danny Coy and wife, Jeannie; daughters, Deborah Parker and husband, James, Elizabeth Crown and husband, Howard; and Wanda Goodman and husband, Ronny; grandchildren, Becky Malone, Melody Golden, Jamie Sanson, Doug Wood, Lisa McGee, Laura Verret, Gregg Gregory and Michael Ciaravino; and brother, Howard Coy and wife, Marie. Honoring Mr. Coy as pallbearers will be Gregg Gregory, Michael Ciaravino, Doug Wood, Parker Malone, Clay Malone and Ronny Golden.
